The phone was silent for first 10 seconds then a recording of a woman with an English accent started playing, who claimed to be "an energy advisor in the area". Pathetic attempt at a loft insulation scam or to gain personal info by using a recording that sounds more "trustworthy". This is due to the fact that the people doing it obviously don't have British accents or don't even speak much English and so feel if they used their own voices it makes the scam seem more obvious.

This number called me at 11:39 am Tues 31/01/23. I answered said hello no answer, the line was quiet so I hung up.
