The guy's name is Morris. This is his number. He works for Cogent Communications. (Internet) Somehow I got transferred to him when I was trying to get my Xfinity working. So every time it wasn't working I called him back thinking he was Xfinity. Also he called me back several days in a row actually trying to sell me on some senior citizens discount program. He needed all your account numbers, the amounts you pay, etc. Time to hang up.
