4097898543 (409) 789-8543 is an Amazon scam. I am on the national do not call list. Female sounding voice said, "Amazon will be charging your account $1,500. If you did not authorize this purchase call another number." Well, I don't have an Amazon account. Nor a bank account. Nor a credit account. So, scammer!
