  This is a ghost number used by CBV collections. The person calling admitted they were calling from India. CBV is a bit of a rogue business - THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW so BEWARE. They use a million ghost numbers so hard to block. The CEO of CBV is BOB RICHARDS - he also owns Front Line Group who do payroll for businesses and their Twitter handle is @flg_frontline. You can find Bob's email online if you look long enough.   Claim to be business matter for Rogers, I don't have any Rogers products. These people don't have a life since coronavirus is on the loose they're still making calls. Smh. Losers Call Type: Scam
