The caller states that they are from Intuit support and that our Intuit (QuickBooks) ProAdvisor account has been inactivated due to a credit card problem. They are NOT from Intuit. They said, "Hi this is QuickBooks support dear customer your pro advisor subscription has been canceled as the card in your account is either expired or not in service please call your account manager at 650-600-9229."

just picked a voicemail saying my credit card number had expired and to call this number to update my QuickBooks subscription. Although I have QuickBooks, I don't have any credit cards that expired recently, AND my renewals with them occur in Fall. i called and they wanted me to download zohoassist. good thing it hit my spam.

We are a small accounting firm so we do have Quickbooks but I knew our account was up to date. I looked up the number and found this site. Glad I did not bother to call!

I had the same call about Quickbooks and that my card was not valid. We do use Quickbooks but I checked before calling them back and providing them any info.

I received a call for Quickbooks and collection since my credit card was no longer valid. This number was provided 650-600-9229 as the number to call to give the correct card number. I do not own Quickbooks and know that someone used this number to scam my credit card number.
