Who called from this 8446615443 number?

  I got this call, i too was told to call the 844-661-5443 number. I knew it was a SCAM so I did not call it but in the meantime they've shut down all my outgoing email on all my devices. I called my provider, FRONTIER 34 hours ago. Their tech-support was not able to resolve the issue but promised to call back with a fix within 48 hours. So far I have not heard from them. In the meantime I am receiving email but am not able to successfully transmit anything on any of my devices.

  Poorly recorded female robo-voice saying: "Hi This call is to notify you that your computer's Microsoft Windows license key has been expired so Microsoft Corporation has stopped the windows services in your computer. To renew the Microsoft Windows license key please call 844-661-544. Let me repeat; this is a very important call to notify you that your Microsoft Windows license key has been expired on your computer so Microsoft Corporation has stopped the windows services in your computer. To renew the Microsoft Windows license key please call 844-661-5443 I will repeat 844-661-5443 thank you." Corrected for punctuation and because the transcript was pulled off of a poorly-transmitted message. This is obviously a scam, though I admit to being curious what would happen should you call.

  Got call saying MS Windows license invalid. Gotten this line before from other scammers using US phone number. The previous notification from FCC shows calls coming from outside US. I have a valid, activated license from Microsoft store already and software MS certified.

  I called this number at least 30 times calling this man every name in the book. He blocked my 3 numbers. Then I had my son to call him. Everyone needs to do this.

  Didn't recognize this number, so I didn't answer. Left a voice mail saying my product key had expired. These morons try anything to get into your pockets. Total Scam and number is now blocked (for whatever good that does)
