Received calls two days in a row, claiming to be from Vivint, but with a different call-back number. Possibly scammers pretending to be from Vivint, as they left a general message about account issues.

They keep calling me saying that my account passed due . And I don't have an account with them I don't even have the system . I even have no idea who are they . When I talked to them about that they said it could be a Freud case and they ask me to send them a copy of my driving license to compare the signatures on the account . Of course I refused because it sounded suspicious to me .

Vivint has been great-I have been getting these calls these past 2 days and realize it is because my credit card had been recently compromised and they were unable to access our March payment. Trish from Vivint was very helpful and very professional when we set up our new credit card payment and auto monthly payment today. I reminded her that leaving a message for us would have alleviated some concern but otherwise Vivint has been nothing short of wonderful for us.

Vivint billing is so screwed up! They can call all they want but I will not pay them a dime until they fix it. Yes, their security service is good but their billing system is seriously behind their actual service!!!!!

Yep, Vivant billing. If you have auto pay set up sometimes for the first billing they send an invoice off schedule and call to get your authorization since it's not your normal pay schedule.

Report them to the BBB, once their rating begins to drop and they begin to get investigated for their business practice they will either adjust or they will loose enough business to go out of business, I reported them for these calls that never stopped stating that I had an unpaid balance, which baffled me because I have an autopay set up. Once they were contacted by the BBB, the calls stopped. When my contract is up I will not renew with them; going back to ADT.

They called me yesterday saying they are from Vivint and they are having issues with my credit card. Sounded legit but I still didn't trust giving them my info.

Thanks Carol for the last post. It made more sense than most others. I am a Vivint customer and they have there share of problems but overall they are ok. I got a call today and let it go to voicemail but they did not leave a message. This is typical for scammers.

I have cancelled the service from vivint on multiple occasions and they refuse to do so. I have cancelled auto debit and they call at least 3 times a day from this 888 number and from restricted numbers. Please make it stop.
